Tile Calculator

Most carpet tiles are produced in squares of 50 x 50cm and supplied in boxes of 12. This table will tell you exactly how many tiles you need for a given room size. Simply read off the length and width and where the columns cross, you'll find the answer.

If, for example, a room measures 4.42 x 3.96m (14'6" x 13'0") take the nearest measurement above, i.e. 4.50 x 4.00m (14'9" x 13'1") giving you 72 tiles.
